Starting at the stylish Grand Beach Cafe with a swim in the protected dolphin playground of Granger Bay, then cycling along beach road to Bantry Bay looking out over Robben Island, then running around the World Cup stadium and golf course, in and out of the leafy and tranquil Greenpoint Urban Park. This is one of the world's most scenic city triathlons.

A 1500m swim, 40km cycle and a 10km run for Standard distance or a 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run for Sprint distance athletes. This unique swim-bike-run experience offers athletes of all ages and abilities from around the globe the opportunity to compete in one of the most iconic and picturesque settings in the world.
The event promises to once again be a spectacular celebration of endurance, community and outdoor fitness, as solo and team participants take on the fun, fast, flat course with Table Mountain standing tall in the background.
